Q. WHAT IS PATIENT ACCESS?

A. Patient Access is a patient portal that connects you with your dental practice. It will give you access to view your health information as well as the ability to communicate with NSU’s staff and doctors.

 

Q. WHY IS USING A PATIENT PORTAL IMPORTANT?

A. The Patient Access patient portal helps you become more involved with your healthcare. Not only can you view your healthcare information, but you can also confirm appointments and message your practice to avoid hold times on the phone.

 

Q. HOW DO I GET MY PATIENT PORTAL ACCOUNT?

A. Request to be registered by our NSU Clinic Team at your next appointment or call our NSU Dental Clinics at 954-NSU-CARE (954-678-2273).

 

Q. IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

A. Click on “Forgot Password” link from the login page.

 

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

A. Go into Personal Information - Change Username and Password.

 

Q. HOW DO I SEND A MESSAGE TO MY PRACTICE?

A. Once you are logged into to Patient Access, click on the “Messages” tab and then click on “Compose.”

 

Q. HOW DO I CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Go into appointment details page by clicking the appointment, and press 'Confirm' button. If the appointment is already confirmed, you will see blue header.

 

Q. HOW DO I PAY MY NSU BILL?
